Windyridge, Palm Beach

Perched atop a private ridgeline with panoramic 280° views stretching from Lion Island to Barrenjoey Headland, ‘Windyridge’ at Palm Beach, is a rare gem of coastal heritage.
Built in 1919, this original sandstone cottage is one of the few remaining examples of early Palm Beach architecture, embodying the timeless charm and craftsmanship of its era.
Beyond its architectural significance, Windyridge boasts a storied history, having hosted notable guests including Olivia Newton-John and members of the Rolling Stones. It offers both privacy and a deep connection to the natural beauty of Palm Beach.

Windyridge is more than a residence; it’s a living piece of Palm Beach’s rich history, offering an unparalleled blend of heritage, natural beauty, and coastal lifestyle.
